ABOUT

Built against the growing invoice.

Error Code Appliance Service exists because appliance repair bills kept being written like ransom notes — a number to get you in, and a bigger number once the machine was apart.

All-inFrom-prices include diagnostic, labor and parts.
$95Visit + diagnosis — only if you decline the repair.
5Appliance types, every major brand.
Mon–FriPlanned routes across the Tri-Cities.
WALicensed & insured, based in Kennewick.

The company runs from W Hildebrand Blvd in Kennewick and serves the five Tri-Cities communities on planned weekday routes. The operating rules are short enough to print, so here they are, in full.

Rule one: the number contains everything.

Every quote is written and all-in — visit, diagnosis, labor, part. Not because it's a marketing angle, but because it deletes the incentive problem at the heart of this trade: a shop that bills by the add-on profits from complications, and a shop that quotes all-in profits only from fixing the machine correctly the first time. We chose the second business model on purpose.

Rule two: declining is a real option.

The $95 decline fee isn't a consolation prize — it's the price of a professional answer, honestly delivered. Some machines aren't worth their repair, and a company that can profit from saying so out loud is a company you can believe when it says the opposite. Roughly one visit in six ends with us recommending against our own service. We consider those visits successes.

Rule three: weekdays, planned, kept.

Monday through Friday routes mean every van leaves Kennewick loaded for the day's actual appointments — the codes and symptoms gathered at booking decide the parts on board. That discipline is why arrival windows hold and why most repairs close the same visit. Spreading thinner across seven days would make every promise vaguer; we'd rather keep fewer promises perfectly.

Rule four: the warranty is on paper.

Every repair leaves with written warranty terms on the invoice — the part and the labor both. Phone promises evaporate; paper doesn't. If a repaired fault returns inside the window, the return visit is ours to absorb, and the paperwork means nobody has to argue about it.

THE PROCESS

From error to fixed, step by step.

01
Tell us the symptom or code.

Form or phone — the code on the display, or just what the machine is doing.

02
We arrive with likely parts.

A weekday window, van loaded for your model's usual suspects.

03
One written all-in price.

Diagnostic, labor and parts in a single number before work starts.

04
Fixed, tested, warrantied.

Most jobs close the same visit, and the warranty is in writing.

BOOK A REPAIR

One number in writing. Everything inside it.

Send the symptom or the code exactly as the display shows it. A weekday callback confirms your window, and the van loads for your machine before it leaves Kennewick.

Approve the quote

The all-in price covers diagnosis, labor and parts. It doesn't move after work starts.

Or decline it

$95 for the visit and diagnosis is the whole bill — if the fix costs too much or the machine isn't worth it, that's all you owe.

Tell us what's going on.

Code from the display, or plain words — both work.

Approve the repair and the all-in price covers everything. Decline it, and $95 for the visit and diagnosis is all you owe.

Put the rules to work on your machine.
